What is a CVA?
A CVA forms part of Wesupply''s Value Delivery Process (VDP). The VDP ensures that all executives have a common understanding of the project stages, expected benefits and the required actions to ensure success. The Value Delivery Process has been proven by existing clients to be very effective in setting expectations and getting focused resource in the right place, at the right time, to execute each stage effectively and efficiently.
Why use a CVA?
The CVA formally assesses both current and future supply processes of a client's supply and demand driven network in order to develop a value based proposal for using Wesupply's leading collaborative supply chain execution solution.
For Whom?
It is for organisations that need to understand where they can derive most benefit and ROI from within their supply chain environment. Typically clients who use utilise the CVA have one or more of the following:
