High-resolution print quality
The printers of the Videojet 2310/2330 series combine high-resolution printing with a simple user interface. With a marking resolution of 180 dpi and a maximum marking field height of 70 mm, the printers achieve the same quality standards as pre-printed cardboard boxes using offset. Their design and construction ensure that the printers mark alphanumeric codes, bar codes and graphics in real-time, reliably and to a high quality on any type of packaging. The ink system, control unit and printhead form a small, compact unit.

Easy to operate
Simple user navigation enables fast and error-free text selection. The intuitive user interface with a touchscreen display helps the user to avoid errors and increase throughput. The integrated technology enables the operation of up to four printheads via just one display and offers effective interfaces to other systems. Network capability (via TCP/IP) guarantees easy integration into a modern technical environment. An effective layout on an off-board system (Windows PC) helps with the editing and programming of texts, incorporating all TrueType® fonts.

Automatic printhead cleaning
The printhead is cleaned and maintained automatically for each printing job before printing is carried out on packaging, without affecting the rate of production or the throughput. The self-cleaning printheads continue to work without the user having to do anything, and without the associated downtime costs arising.
This unique self-maintaining printhead system guarantees reliable marking, even in dusty environments.

Low operating costs and maximum uptime
No ink is lost thanks to an ink recycling system, which ensures that all ink used during the automatic cleaning of the printhead is filtered and reused. That way, you pay only for the ink that you actually use for printing. The air-driven ink system in the Videojet 2310/2330 printers eliminates the need for unreliable pumps, electromagnetic valves and other moving parts. Instead, only simple filters for basic maintenance are required. The packaging tracker and blocking system eliminate the risk of products with duplicated marking or uncoded products and therefore prevent ink losses and faults, such as those that can be caused when the product photocells are accidentally activated.
