The idea for Smart Fix started when Troax developed the Rapid Fix system. Not by linking the mesh panels together but by placing panels between the post/brackets. This gives one person the possibility to easily assemble and dismantle one panel at a time. Smart Fix also saves space by enabling a close fastening to the machinery.
Smart Fix is a new and innovative system. It includes a new hinge, a combined post and foot plate, a new post-fixing and corner bracket and is available with pre-assembled doors. These new features allow posts to be fixed between the panels instead of behind which means that space can be saved as the system can be installed close to the machinery. If necessary, however, panels can still be removed quickly and easily by a single person.
Smart Fix has performed very well in tests and offers a high level of safety.
