The automated warehouses within the BOXER range are used for the optimised storage of boxes and trays.
The system works as a file, order preparation system or storage shed for small pieces or spare parts.
Due to the light weight of the warehouse structure, the possibility of including vertical stacker cranes and to the notched belt conveyors, we can obtain very high performance.
The warehouse enjoys strong reliability thanks to the precision of its parts and it is equipped with modern and efficient software and hardware.
The warehouse stacker crane is constructed using standardised units, which means that it can be easily assembled and disassembled any time as needed. Moreover, we can chose between warehouse stacker cranes that come in either simple depth or double depth.
Stöcklin offers the BOXER range as a turnkey logistics solution, consisting of the stacker crane, the warehouse structure, the boxes or trays, the control unit and warehouse management software.
The stacker crane control can be set for handlings where the boxes or trays load is distributed in an irregular way.
Different criterion can be set, like the entry depth with trucks, the load distribution –with or without elevation- for better warehouse organization.
