Dock Shelter

Stertil's WE collapsible framed dock shelter has been specially developed to fulfil the requirement for cost effective accommodation of a wide range of vehicle parameters.
The WE dock shelter is built on a fram of hot clipped galvanised steel with cantilevered flat plate steel arm pivoting in horizontal steel bushes for the most durable and robust design.

General Features

• Black curtains.
• A white chevron is positioned to provide assistance to drivers reversing their vehicles.
• A cord between the tops of the side curtains retains the correct positioning of the head curtain.

The WE-series dock shelters have a flexible galvanized steel framing with the following specifications:

• Framing build of rectangular steel profiles
• Four flat steel hinge-arms placed between the front and rear frame. A solid construction avoids the side frames splaying outwards under load.
• Black cladding of PVC 620gr/m²
• Top panel with a slope to the front of 100mm for drainage
• Plastic edge channel at the front of the top panel to lead rainwater away to the sides.
• Type WE 574 features 3mm thick reinforced vinyl with double spring loaded monofilament polyester high puncture, tear and abrasion resistance for effective sealing even in windy conditions.

Installation (Mounting)
Quick and simple mounting to a flat wall surface. All curtains and aluminium cover-profiles are pre-mounted to the steel frame. For mounting to the wall, three holes have been drilled into the side frames and just one in the top frame. The connection between the different frame parts is so solid that more mounting-points are not necessary.
