This is an automatic strapping machine with 32 mm straps, and the strapping time is 14 seconds.
Strapping is carried out on the straps themselves. In other words, each strap goes around the bundle and the second time round, it is stapled to the strap itself. These strapping machines have a piston unit known as the strap pulling unit. By combining these features you can strap packets at the pressure required by your customer.
The strapping machines use standard 32 mm heads, which can be fitted to any 32 mm SAIZAR strapping machine. Each Strapping machine is fastened to the floor. Its head moves along rollers, horizontally, up to the coil, which it then straps before returning to its starting point.
This Strapping machine can strap any type of bundle, with or without pallets, and can perform cross and longitudinal straps. The bundle moves forward with or without the pallet through the roller conveyor; the strapping machine detects the edge of the package when approaching and takes into account the package or pallet measures for the longitudinal strapping. Once this is finished, the bundle moves back, automatically turns around and advances towards the strapping machine for the cross strapping. Once the last straps have been performed, the bundle moves away from the strapping machine. The stapling process can be completed manually as well as automatically.
