Vertical wrapping machine with turntable

JOLLY PLUS is a turntable machine for wrapping with stretch film, offering more wrapping options compared to the basic JOLLY version. The functions are easily selected from the control panel and include the independent control of both low and high wrapping revolutions, and the button for reinforcing wraps and for manually adjusting the phase. The JOLLY PLUS is equipped with an FRD spool carriage with a mechanical clutch and a quick brake disengagement device to facilitate hooking the film to the pallet. The capacity of the plate, the useful height and the power of the installed motors make the JOLLY PLUS a machine which is completely at ease in the industrial environment. The high standard of quality of the used components, the use of inverters to control plate rotation (phase stopping, soft start) and the safety devices make the JOLLY PLUS a highly professional machine.

The JOLLY PLUS is also available in pallet truck version.

TURNTABLE
The new turntable base has front and rear forklift openings, and guarantees maximum machine handling flexibility. The plate is installed on heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A chain and sprocket system ensures consistent and reliable turntable performances during rotation. The diamond pattern on the plate ensures better grip for any load, avoiding slippage during the wrapping cycle.

MAST
The mast is made of cold folded steel and has a tubular inner structure in order to ensure maximum rigidity and resistance to any torsion or strain.

PHASE STOPPING POINT
The phase stopping allows the operator to always get the pallet in the same starting position. This increases the efficiency of the wrapping operations. The starting and stopping of the turntable are controlled by an inverter. Thanks to this, the wrapping machine always stops in the initial position. The presence of the gear and worm system allows pallet handling without ever losing the phase.

FRD SPOOL CARRIAGE
Spool carriage with mechanical brake on an idle roll: constant elongation of the film regardless of the spool diameter. Brake engagement/release device to facilitate hooking the film to the base of the pallet.
