Worker is the solid and reliable stretch wrapping robot for palletized loads and pallet wrapping. Based on Robopac's twenty years of experience, Worker has been realized following the design, constructive and safety criteria used on high performance robots. Worker is the agile and compact pallet wrapping machine that is based on the experience that has been gained by the sale of over 15,000 ROBOPAC robots. Worker is easy to use, and at the same time it has been studied specifically for industrial use, taking into consideration the most different and heavy work conditions.

SPOOL CARRIAGE WITH MECHANICAL CLUTCH
The carriage is equipped with a mechanical brake and has a brake on/off manual device to facilitate film hooking at the base of the pallet.

MAST
The mast is realized with cold folded sheet steel to create an extremely rigid supporting structure and resistant to the solicitations without using weldings. The carriage lifting chain is of high quality to guarantee durability and industrial level performances. Worker is easy to transport thanks to the foldable spool carriage mast.

HEAVY DUTY RUBBER WHEELS
Worker's wheels are in rubber highly resistant to abrasion and have undergone severe strain and duration tests for use in industrial environments. Worker is easy to transport thanks to two fork lift openings on the rear part of the frame.

CONTROL PANEL
The new control panel with its new design is located on the machine mast, and therefore it´s easily accessible. Its inclination makes display reading easier and facilitates access to the operating controls. The new rotating selector controls, in a practical and intuitive manner, the variation of the machine parameters and the selection of the available work programs.
