For the agricultural and food industries as well as other "clean" industries, we generally recommend our stainless steel doors type 304L or 316L.
Nergeco originally developed the AGRO 1 (wall-mounted control) and later developed the AGRO 2 (automatic door). The AGRO 1 and 2 contributed greatly to the "clean" industries as well as the food and agriculture industries with the first active combination of perfect seals and cleanliness, thanks to it's patented half-tunnel rails which are adjustable without tools.
After 5 years of investigation, Nergeco launched a new door: the AGRO 5. We developed a revolutionary new multicomposite material and manufacturing process for each critical part of the door, which are then ready to assemble.
This new technology represents a considerable advance in anti-rust, start-up, durability, and impact technologies. Furthermore, it allows you to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of new generation plants.
New Materials
The "bio" form of the crosspiece and of the plates that protect the mechanism, the motor, and the end of the track. The smooth, anti-powder surface keeps the surface clear, and vertical lines allow water to pass.
Multifunctionality of the patented, vertical rail-mounts.
Made of a composite material of strong inertia that allows each mount to support the door.
Hydrophobic and smooth, it does not retain water after washing.
Elastic, absorbs all normal shocks & collisions with ease.
High mechanical resistance of the patented connection blocks.
Instead of making various parts for various functions, Nergeco invented a multicomposite that allows, with just two points of connection (left and right), execution of the following: Connection to the wall, the housing for the roll shaft, the vertical mounts, the motor, and the switch limit box; anti-fall crosspiece and support of the casing and of the crosspiece that protects the mechanism.
High dynamic resistance to wear & tear
The link developed for the rolling shaft allows for heavy duty use without much wear, allowing it to sustain the weight of a door without low diameter sections and weight limits (a better insulating door is the result). Each one of these new materials is less susceptible to corrosion than steel 316L.

The structure, mechanism, and casings are all apt for "clean" environments like the food industry.
Easy cleaning with abundant water:
The stabilizers offer a resistence to air pressure larger than 20daN/m2.
Lateral sealing is improved thanks to the narrow contact of the profile of the mounts.
Automatic aperture for air turbulence
With each activation of the detector, the pass is emptied by the vertical rolling of the canvas at a velocicity of 0.8m/s. This maneuver is carried out automatically and without air turbulence. Optional: 1.2m/s.
