Rapid Rolling Cold Storage Door

A curtain with a simple thickness like the Frigo 1 from Nergeco allows it to roll up quickly, at the same velocity as maintenance and industrial vehicles. After each pass, the door reestabilishes the seperating seal between the two zones with negative temperatures, unrolling quickly and naturally to the floor, without danger for people or risks of damaging the material with impact.
Objective: create a seal of separation to stop the mixing of two masses of air inside one cold storage chamber, with the possiblity to pass quickly between the two for the necessary maintenance of isothermic devices.
Description: the Frigo 1 door from Nergeco es a flexible curtain with a heart of polyester and double layered, flexible PVC special "Big Cold" that is suitable for occasional contact with food stuffs.
Isothermal coefficient, glass type (U = 5). Perimeter sealed completely following the Nergeco technique.
Function: every time that it is necessary, the curtain rolls up at a velocity of 1.2m/s inside the crosspiece and, once the passage is empty again and ready to be closed, the door closes, reestablishes the seal, thanks to the outstanding engineering present in the Nergeco "Big Cold."
