The thermal collisions that are produced when cold storage chambers are opened provokes reactions in the materials, making it difficult to control the environment and devices. Before commercialization, the IsoFrigo range had received multiple internal certifications - in the testing laboratory and in external, live tests - 120 tests in all between 1994 y 1999.
Description
The IsoFrigo 2 by Nergeco is comprised of a flexible curtain with a double wall of polyester covered with flexible PVC. It is authorized for occasional contact with food stuffs. The incorporation - by welded seals - of an air mattress, reduces the coefficient U to 2,4, to the equivalent of a double glass pane. When closed, the curtain is sealed above by the crosspiece and on the sides within the guide rails.
Operation
The curtain rolls up under the crosspiece, and after each passage through the door, the curtain rolls down smoothly until it reaches the floor, thanks in part to the depth of the guides.
