Compact Pallet-Racking System

Using racking and compact systems it is possible to exploit to the utmost the space a company has reserved for warehousing and with the same occupied surface it increases the warehousing capacity. With the traditional fixed structures of mobile bases on rails it is possible to increase to more than 90% the stored goods. The elimination of all the aisles except one guarantees the maximum load density saving time for a better warehouse management.

The pallets installations are good for any kind of load and product, reaching lengths of 70m and loading heights up to 12m, with different capacities up to a maximum of 50 tones per stretch and 500 per truck. In any case, the special installations fulfil all the customer exigencies. They are also good for baskets, containers and boxes.

The standard safety devices installed prevent potentially dangerous operations from occurring during the handling of the plants. They are managed by means of a logic program set on permanent PLC memory. The reducers are controlled by an inverter, which, thanks to a proper calibration of the acceleration and deceleration ramps avoids subjecting the structures and load to dangerous stress during the start and the stop phases of the bases.

• Remote Control: The operability of the compactable warehouse, and also of other devices and controls (lights, openings, doors etc) can be executed by the operator on the forklift truck.
• Multi-Picking: Option that allows the creation of 2 or more smaller aisles, for the specific needs of multi-picking, whether manual or with forklifts.
• Moveel Check: 24 h. control system and distance check up for correct maintenance and immediate solution of possible problems.
