A 800 x 600mm robust injection moulded Polypropylene lid.

Incorporated into the lid are two integrated strapping and tensioning mechanisms, allowing any level pallet or dolly load to be quickly and easily secured without the need for time consuming, costly and wasteful stretch wrap or banding.

The Half Euro sized pallet lid is ideal for use as a system with the Loadhog Pally, together they provide a completely unique and reusable product containment / handling system – ideally suited to efficiently securing and handling/moving goods between supply chain processes.

The Lids provide the most efficient method of securing a pallet load, and can be used time and time again in a wide variety of applications.

To apply the lid, the hook and strap are drawn out of their housing and located on the underside of the pallet, then by rotating the ratchet lever on the side of the lid, tension is applied to the strap.

To remove the lid, the release catch is pushed and the ratchet fully rotated, this releases the tension from the strap, once the hook is removed from the underside of the pallet, the strap will guide itself and the hook back into their housing in the side of the lid.
