The Pally – The pallet and dolly in one
The Pally seamlessly integrates all the features of both a pallet and a dolly in one ingenious, patented design. The Pally appears to be an 800 by 600mm plastic pallet but one pedal push at either end of the unit retracts the three pallet bearers and engages wheels with the ground.
Compatible with supplier production lines and conveyor systems as a pallet but with the ability to instantly become a dolly at any point in the supply chain, the Pally will deliver significant reductions in supply chain handling and increases in productivity compared to traditional equipment and practices.

In the supply chain as a pallet: A stable and immovable 800 by 600mm pallet that is compatible with automated production lines, racking, storage and mechanical handling equipment.

In the supply chain as a dolly: A fully mobile and manoeuvrable 800 by 600mm wheeled dolly unit that provides a highly efficient way of moving goods between supply chain processes without the need for additional equipment.

Loadhog Lid
An injection moulded Polypropylene lid, supplied in one of three standard European pallet sizes:

• 1200 by 1000mm – UK PALLET LID
• 1200 by 800mm – EURO PALLET LID
• 800 by 600mm – HALF EURO PALLET LID

Incorporated into the lid are two or four integrated strapping and tensioning mechanisms, allowing any level pallet load to be quickly and easily secured without the need for time consuming, costly and wasteful stretch wrap or banding.
The Lids provide the most efficient method of securing a pallet load, unrivalled load stability and security, a dedicated double stacking platform with the potential to increase vehicle fill and the elimination of significant amounts of one trip packaging waste.
The 800 by 600mm lid can be used as a system with the Pally, together they provide a completely reusable and unrivalled product containment and handling system.

Smartstak™ is the intelligent load handling system which prevents the collapse of bottle packs during transportation or storage.
The Smartstak™ system allows the safe transportation of ten tier packs of empty glass bottles between manufacturer and filler, with the potential to go even higher. The need for horizontal strapping and shrink-wrapping is eliminated and the number of vertical straps required is reduced.
Key to this are two elements working in tandem to overcome vibration and impact forces; an ‘intelligent’ layer pad and a ‘live’ top frame.
The system also provides other significant benefits including increased efficiency and throughput, a safer working environment and dramatic reduction in bottle scuffing.
