Product storage at up to 27 levels, maximum 8m in height.
PRINCIPLE
Goods-to-man principle with Pick-to-Light and Put-to-Light technology – no paper or container handling necessary, just "pure" picking.
FUNCTION
Storage and retrieval of RFID-coded trays by shuttle, each level independently. A high-performance lift takes care of vertical transport with 600 double cycles per hour. OSR workstation incorporated via conveyor loop with automatic tray bays for 3 trays and 4 order containers.
USE
Ideal for product ranges whose entire stock fits into a single storage bin returns handling made easy by lot tracking.
