Small size machine which doesn't require preparation groups of entire layers for the picking and storage on the pallet, as does an anthropomorphic robot.

  • Pallet height: 2.800mm. Fabric industry (paper).
  • Production: Max. 10 cycles per minute, depending on the product.
  • Picking of two or three packs or rolls to double or triple the speed.

The standard machine palletises pallets on the floor and the operator manages the empty pallets and picks the full ones.

On request, EUROBOTICA can provide a pallet stripper (max. 12) and transport on wheels or cables for the automatic handling of full pallets. As an extreme form of ROBOK automation, EUROBOTICA has made a connection between empty and full pallets, interfacing their system with laser guided LGV shuttles.

On request, a system is provided for monitoring the produced pallets and the pallets in production. This system can be connected with the client's system if necessary.
