CARGO lift is a computer controlled vertical lift, storage and retrieval system. On command the lift transports selected items to and from the operator, improving productivity, increasing picking speeds and reducing costs.

The lift is operated by an advanced, highly engineered linear drive system. This unique technology offers ultra fast storage and picking capabilities with the vertical carrier operating up to 2.3 metres per second. The linear drive system operates on bearings, via a precision ground rack, for selecting and retrieving goods.

The quality engineering of the linier drive, delivers ultra fast results for storage and picking, which improves on productivity levels. The linear drive provides increased levels of speed, which is vital for selecting and retrieving desired items in a busy working environment.

A reduction in costs will be achieved as a result of the linier drive system, due to the time saving element that it introduces and the quality and build means the service life is up to 5 million cycles.

CARGO Lift is ideal for storing goods with different dimensions and can handle small parts to goods on pallets, operating up to 2.3 meters per second.

Commercial conditions
CARGO installations come with an agreed 5-year warranty, which is an industry first for storage systems.
This warranty is covered upon agreement that CARGO products are moved only by specialist approved CARGO engineers, to ensure that there is no damage to the products, plus for health and safety reasons. For years 2-5 of the warranty coverage, the CARGO system must be serviced in accordance with the Countax-CARGO maintenance schedule, by CARGO trained engineers.
