General Description

• Structure: Compact, modular, and easily adapted and configured to specific customer specifications. Manufactured from high quality materials.
• Motor: One or 2 lifting speeds, or variable speed (with optional frequency converter). Cylindrical sliding brake motor, with single and double polarity with duty factors of 60 (1 speed) and 40/20 (2 speeds). Equipped with thermal probes. The motor is flange mounted to the body of the hoist.
• Rope drum: Maintenance-free, single grooved rope drum with a ratio between drum and rope diameter not less than 22.
• Rope guide/tensioner: Precision manufactured from spherical cast iron, the rope guide/tensioner completely covers the rope on the drum and guarantees low rope wear.
• Gear box: Provides direct control of the rope drum and drive systems. Fully enclosed to prevent exposure to/damage from external solid, liquid and gas substances Wire rope: utilize wire ropes made specifically for lifting purposes from top quality materials by leading manufacturers.
• Control: contractor control 48V, 50Hz with ergonomic push-button control and emergency stop switch standard. Optional wireless control available.
• Overload protection: Electro-mechanical overload protection. Optional electronic overload safety device available.
• Safety limit switch: External screw limit switch for top and bottom hook positioning. Easy to access and adjust.
