Non-driven Conveyor System

Non-driven Conveyor System
  • Model: Q70
The non-driven conveyor system is used in many places in the production flow and can transport goods upto 1000kg/mtr.

Detailed information about the product Non-driven Conveyor System

The non-driven conveyor system Q70 is used in many places in the production flow, for example, as storage for raw components and for finished products before packing, not to mention as an efficient buffer store between processing machines, so that a maximum exploitation of the expensive machine lines is attained.

The conveyors with a load capacity of 1000 kg per metre are designed for transportation of stacks both on and without baseboards.

The pushing of the stacks requires little force, as a power of only 15 kg is required for setting a stack of 1000 kg in motion.

The standard colours of the non-driven roller conveyor system are green and grey but the system can naturally be supplied in other colours too.

Our Q70 range includes:
  • Roller Conveyor
The non-driven roller conveyor with steel rollers with ball bearings is usually supplied with permanent and tilting end-stops for an easy, quick and safe removal of stacks.
  • Curve
The non-driven curve, available in 45º, 90º and 180º, can be supplied with either conical or double rollers.
  • Floor Truck with Roller Conveyor and Tug Bar
Is used to transport the goods from the conveyor system to another location.
  • Revolvable Angle Transfer Cart
Is used to change the transportation direction of the goods and for a 180º turning angle.
  • Two-level Conveyor Rack
Provides double utilization of the storage area, and reduces the transportation distance between the storage area and the machinery lines. The modular structure of the conveyor system enables re-use of existing non-driven Q roller conveyors and end-stops in the two-level rack.
  • The two-level rack is a very robust construction with complete stability even when the rack is subjected to a load on one side of 600 kg/m on the upper level.
  • Extra high two-level conveyor rack with walking plate between the two top roller conveyors
The extra high conveyor rack with upper level in height 2.2 m or more provides an increased utilization of the storage area.
  • A special transfer cart, which raises not only the goods to the upper level but also the driver, is used for feeding and removing stacks from the rack. The driver can step from the transfer cart onto the walking plate between the top conveyors and from there push the stacks to the right position.
  • Lifting Table
Can be supplied in a number of different versions based on the individual task.
  • Base Converter
Is used to depalletise a stack (possibly on a baseboard) from a EURO pallet onto a roller conveyor. The base converter can also be used to palletise a stack from a roller conveyor onto a EURO pallet.
