Equipment For Window Production

Our equipment for window production range includes:

Glass-mounting Table
Two mounting tables placed end to end but with the front in opposite directions are used for the mounting of glass and hardware on the case- ment. When the operator has finish- ed the mounting on one side of the casement, he rolls it onto the paral- lel table where another operator will carry out the mounting of compon- ents on the opposite side.
The standard version of the glass- mounting table comes with a single- row of wheel rail suitable for all common casement profiles. The "back" comes with vertical support steel rollers with plastic sleeves to avoid damages to the casement.
To give the operator the most comfortable working height, the "back" of the table can be manually or electrically raised and lowered. The glass-mounting table can be supplied in a number of special versions based on the requirements of the customer.

Mounting table for window/door frames
This table, for mounting of hardware on the window/door frame, is usually placed after the frame press so that the frame can be rolled directly from the press onto the table. The standard version of the table is with a multiple-row wheel rail suit- able for frames with or without corner protection.
The "back" comes with horizontal profiles with felt covering to avoid damages to the frame. Additionally, the table is equipped with a shelf on which the operator can keep the components to be mounted on the frame.
To give the operator the most comfortable working height, the "back" of the table can be manually or electrically raised and lowered.The mounting table can be supplied in a number of special versions bas-ed on the requirements of the customer.

Telescopic Mounting Table
The telescopic table, which can be turned, is used for horizontal mounting of hardware on the casement. The table is height-adjustable to secure the operator the most comfortable working height. The telescopic carriers are easily pulled out without use of any tools. The table is portable, yet stable in use, due to the two 90 mm diameter feet.
